My doctor called last week to see me for the bloodtest results.  All is ok but bad cholesterol is a little high  and good cholesterol is too low (which means exercises).  I lost 4 lbs since last time (of course my ibs / ibd are acting up).

Thursday afternoon I babysat for awhile as my son and ddil had some appointments in town.  Xavier spent most of the weekend here.  Anne-E spent Saturday and Sunday afternoons too.

This morning I went for a 20 min walk and had breakfast outside while it was warm but not too hot.

Let's join Sandra at

  1. I'm glad to hear things are opening up for you. How do they enforce those rules? So I googled 40c to see that yes, it is very hot where you are. Stay cool!

    1. You can get fines when you break the rules and stores can be closed if they dont respect them.
Yes it is very hot for us... the humidity is just awful. I don't mind when it's hot without humidity.

    1. Do read it, it is the best! I know some of the description is long but you can skip over it if you want, the story line is great.

  3. Hi Lucie!
How wonderful that the restrictions keep lifting more and more. I pray one day soon we all get to live restriction free again! I'm sorry you're not feeling well. I hope you feel better soon. And I'm always working to keep my cholesterol numbers in check too. Ugh to aging! Lol Your inspiration brings up an excellent point though 😉 Blessings xo
