Happy Homemaker 2024-02-26

Good morning 

Health:  Well, eyes were better but then it went down again... so had to see my doctor last Friday and he gave me an antibiotic cream fo 15 days... hoping this is the last of it.

Grandchildren:  Wednesday they came for supper and we all went to skating rink for about an hour - it was really nice out.  However activities for Friday night were cancelled du to mild temperatures.

Saturday was catching up on housechores

Sunday, grandkids were to be here for lunch and afternoon while parents went skiing, but ddil is sick so they arrived with ds at 9:00, spent the day here and left after supper at 6:00.

Today is regular housechores with a few extras added in.

Spring-cleaning motivation, found a few interesting things in here.

Things on the menu this week

DH cleaned the freezer last week so we are good to go for awhile, we can start stocking up again ;)

Over the weekend

• Deep spring-clean hallway (woodwork, ceiling, frames)
• Finish washing all ceilings on main floor (LR, kitchen, kitchenette and bathroom)
• Laundry
• A meat, veggie, potato, tomato sauce, bechamel and cheese casserole for a few meals and froze a small casserole of it.
• Deep spring-clean kitchen (woodwork, blinds, walls, furniture), window were washed not long ago so they will be redone when it's nice outside and curtain will be aired when the weather permits.
