Good morning - January almost gone!
So last week Xavier started coughing and having fever on Monday. I had a mamo at 8:30, then costco errands and back home (stomache ache), we picked him up from his parents' house before noon as both were teleworking. DS picked him up here before supper.
Tuesday was in-town work for me, was awake at 4:00.. uggg.. my eye started to be red (caught Xavier's pinkeye from last week). Xavier spent the day with grandpa as he still had fever. DS picked up Anne-E and then came for Xavier, all 3 stayed for supper. DS also has pinkeye in one eye.
Wednesday, ddil went to hospital with Xavier (still had fever), so he has pneumonia and 2 ear infections - he is now on antibiotics. By then I had pinkeye in both eyes so dh went to pharmacy to pick up some antibiotic-cream for me. Had a meeting with financial advisor a few minutes at 10:00 - waiting for her to confirm the transactions... getting ready for income tax season.
Thursday Xavier spent day here as he still had fever (antibiotics should kick in soon). DH did some errands at grocery store with him. He picked up anne-E at daycare and both spent the night here.
Friday dh dropped them off Anne-E at daycare but Xavier still has a slight fever and wouldn't eat for breakfast so we kept him here. DH picked up Anne-E after daycare and both had supper here. Parents picked them up after supper to go to a friend's house.
Saturday was regular housechores and supper at restaurant with neighbors (Brasserie Italienne), not Cheap! but I had leftovers for the next day. I had the fondue parmesan, marsala veal cutelet and for desert lemon halves with lemon pudding in it and chantilly sauce with a sprinkling of maple nuggets and lemon marmelade.
Sunday was a lazy day...FB with dad, a little laundry, soup in the crockpot, made a few overnight oats, ... stomache is still off and my eyes are still bothering me with the pinkeye.
