Decluttering 2022

Resumé of 2022 decluttering  (will help me stay focused)

Going through old posts and copying here (and looking at my calendar where I write down things)

January 2022

• a few things from basement cabinets
• 4 small Christmas decor items
• Oil infuser with reeds (was smelling weird)
• 3 tiered-plastic tray (bought a wood 2-tiered one last week)
• A dymo that was broke
• 3 empty cell boxes and 1 wireless mouse box
• Lots of cardboard I had kept for crafts
• 1 puzzle (with 1 missing piece)
• 2 very old liquor bottles
• My husband burnt a box of old pay slips and filled up recycling box in the kitchen with more papers
• 2 wool hats (will be put in the homeless bag)
• Another old liquor bottle
• 6 empty bottles of pencil leads (combined it all in one)
• Old pay slips
• Returned mom's 2 tupperware containers by my sister this weekend

February 2022

• 1 BIG metal arm made for computers or monitor ... but really old - dh had picked it up on a job site, never used and never will be used.  It is now gone to recycling.
• Empty boxes from the garage
• 1 singing Christmas stuffed toy (brought here from mom's) - doesn't sing anymore
• 6 sweaters (bought 6 new ones)
• 2 thermometers & control
• Heart monitor belt - brand new from mom's - don't need this
• 1 tub of ds's stuff will be givent to nephew and the rest to the thrift store.
• 1 sippy cup
• 7 markers + 1 old paint tube
• 6 cd's + 1 empty cd box
• 4 empty boxes
• Old body perfume bottle

March 2022

• Hair dryer (but will need to buy another one, this one had sparks flying out)
• 1 old smoke detector
• 1 sweater
• Hygge agenda
• 1 bracelet from union for strikes
• 1 tupperware (glass one that broke)
• Unsubscribed from many emails 

April 2022

• DH put a bunch of luminaries for sale (7) on Marketplace but for now they are still in the house.  STILL HERE
• Boxes and cardboards from the attic
• 1 sweater
• 1 agenda
• 1 plastic bracelet
• 1 pair working boots
• 1 Halloween costume returned to my son
• 1 musical toy
• 2 boxes of luminary inserts picked up from a job site dropped off at the thrift store
• 1 belt
• 7 pairs of socks
• 1 jeans
• 1 slip garment
• 1 beach-summer skirt & top (given to niece)
• 1 pj top
• The 4 tires on Markeplace finally sold and are out of the house!
• 1 sled (broken)
• 1 photo frame (rusted)

• 2 pairs of gloves
• 1 umbrella cover

May

July

Well seems like July had no decluttering at all!

August

• 1 set of maracas
• 1 pool air mattress (was leaking)
• 1 plastic cover for outside swing table (was all cracked)
• 1 singing frog
• 1 foam mattress (will give to dniece for her animals)
• 1 bag of shredded papers

September

October

• 1 baby carriage (used to be dd's 31 years old and used by grandkids)
• A few bottles of paint thinners (disposed of in a proper way)

• 1 wine glass
• 1 glass
• 1 water bottle
• 1 soup cup
• 2 teething rings
• 2 baby bottle nipples
• 5 mini spoons

• 3 no-name plastic containers
• 1 soap hoalder
• 1 corningware soup cup
• 2 small children toys
• 1 baby stroller (dh had picked it up for free last week but it is too small so we sent it to the thrift store
• Emptied 2 boxes of Halloween stuff (gave away 1 cauldron, 1 styro head and 1 plastic curtain to a neighbor who does a big shing-ding for Halloween and she was very happy to receive and me to give)

• 1 pumpkin (given to ddil)... she left with a few other things but I wasn't here so all I know is she took 1 box of Halloween... which is fine.  I had told her to take stuff.. was hoping she would take more ;)

• 10 books to give in the Free-Library box

November 2022

• Nothing from here but 5 big garbage bags from mom's
• 1 small usb Christmas ornament
• 2 summer sweaters
• 1 sweat pants
• 2 camis
• 3 old tootbrushes from basement bathroom
• 2 sweaters
• 1 set of Christmas string lights
• 1 pair of sunglasses
• 1 curtain panel
• None at home
• 1 bag of 'stuff' of mom's to be sent to thrift store
• 2 garbage bags of junk at mom's

December 2022

• 1 box of Penguin Holiday decor given to dd
• DH got rid of the old oven
• 1 old game board with missing and broken pieces
• 1 necklace of christmas lights broken 
• A few odds & ends in children's toys
• Big window sold on marketplace... hoping it doesn't come back as the guy called back saying it wasn't what he thought... will lower the price
• 2 Christmas garlands
• Silver branches for decor
• 1 pj bottom
• Snowman earrings (given to niece)
• Book light (given to niece)
• Christmas pin (given to mom
• 2 strings of Christmas lights

Wow! I'm impressed and some stuff did not get put on the list... recycling, mail, small stuff I throw away .
