Good morning
Last week was back to work at the office (2 days, Tuesdays and Thursdays for our team) - I am not liking it that much... prefer to be home with gas prices, traffic and all, but we have no choice. ah well it's better than going back 5 days I guess.
Had grandchildren last Monday as both were coughing. Then Thursday dh picked them up after daycare and brought them here. we had hamburgers on the grill for my son's birthday .. my baby is now 29!
Saturday dh picked up grandkids at 8:30 as they were having a party saturday night for my son's birthday and wanted to clean beforehand. My daughter got here around 10:00 to get her summer tires on her car and she spent day here playing with grandkids before going to the party Saturday night too.
Sunday the grandkids were not feeling great, Xavier vomited a few times, both were coughing and nose was draining and NOT eating. Parents came by around 5:30 and took them home at 6:30.
Today they are at daycare but would not be surprised to get a call to pick them up. DH will take care of them on Tuesday anyhow since daycare is closed that day and I will not be here - have to work in town.

ReplyDeleteHope everyone stays healthy! We're lucky as numbers in our area have fallen off enough to give us a "back to real normal" break, hope it lasts. Cute picture. Hope you have a wonderful rest of your week!
ReplyDeleteGreat quote at the end of your post. Lots of runny noses, coughs, sneezes here too but it's allergies because everything is blooming. Sounds like your family Easter is going to be awesome!
