Good morning
Got caught up with my housechores from our Thanksgiving weekend. was feeling better this week. Also had mammography (all is well) and ran a few errands on Tuesday.
Xavier got here for supper Saturday and left after supper Sunday. He was not feeling well ( a week ago they said laryngitis), he coughed from 3:30 and never went back to sleep Saturday night. I felt he was not well. ddil went to hospital with him yesterday - he has pneumonia. He now has antibiotics. If he still has fever after 72 hours he will be hospitalised. Hoping the antibitiocs work quickly and well.
One of my longtime Internet friends lost her grown son to COVID (she lives in Indiana). He did not want to get vaccinated. So, so sad, no parent should have to lose a child even if they are grown up.

DeleteHope your grandson feels better, glad he got some antibiotics, pneumonia is scary in the little ones (I can still remember when my youngest had it around 2 years old). So sorry to hear of the loss of your friend's son. Can't even imagine. Hope you have a great week.
ReplyDeleteThank you Jean.
DeleteHello dear Lucie
ReplyDeletePrayers that Xavier feels better soon and the antibiotics work! And for your friend too. How awful! Yes, no parent should ever have to lose a child. 😔
Your to do and decluttering lists always makes me think of all the things I need to do around here. Lol I love succulents! I often have a pot outside inthe summer. I never thought about making one to keep inside.
Love your funny! 😀
