Happy Homemaker 2021-05-10

Good morning! Happy belated Mother's day.

Had a factime reunion with my parents, brothers and sister on Sunday morning (improvised which was great).

My husband worked late on Friday night and all day Saturday.  Saw the grandchildren 1 hour Friday night and 2 hours Sunday night.  Usually I have Xavier most of the weekend.  Really miss him when he's not here.  On the other hand, did quite a few things in the house.

Decluttering:  Sold dd's white-wicker living room set (children's size) on Marketplace - neither she nor daughter-in-law wanted it.  My huband gave away another children's desk to neighbor (was in mother in law's house).  There is an offer on her house and should be signed and officially sold on June 1st.

Today our curfew is going from 8:00 to 9:30 pm, and some non-essential businesses are opening up after 5 weeks (not restaurants or gyms).  High school chidren can go back to school part-time

  1. Your paintings are so beautiful! I wish I could paint, but I've tried many times over the years and it's just not one of my skills. I can't even paint a wall! I'll just stick to xstitch! Gorgeous photo of you and the baby. Enjoy this week!
