Happy Homemaker 2021-11-21

Good morning

Was a busy telework week but was a routine week for the house - which is good!

Saturday we decided to go to my daughter's (2 hours from here) and brought her her Christmas decorations.  We went shopping and picked up a few more things for the grandkids and bought dd some jeans and a coat (part of her Christmas gift).  Had lunch with her and then went to my uncle's house (2 uncles live near each other so we got to see both and my aunt and 1 cousin).  My sis and bil met us there too.  One uncle had not see for 3 years and the other 2.  Was very nice to have some family time to catch up and chat.  We had supper there and left at 8:00 pm.  Got home at 10 pm.

Sunday picked up both grandkids around 7:15 (we missed them!).  They spent the day with us.  My son & daughter-in law came for supper and left with the kids afterwards.

Monday is my catch-up day as nothing was done this weekend.  Tuesday have a physio appointment after work and Friday meet my boss in town for lunch.  will take the afternoon off afterwards to do more Christmas errands.

Let's join Sandra at Diary of a Stay at Home Mom .

  1. Love the quote at the end! Your Christmas decor looks lovely. I'm plugging away on mine and will share some photos in December. Finishing up gift shopping this week. Baking next week. Then I'm calling it quits so I can enjoy the season.

  4. It is a crazy busy week this week - been in full Thanksgiving mode here. But so wonderful to be able to gather and be a bit more normal this year. It's SO fun to see all of your Christmas things up!! I can't wait to get to that. Hopefully this coming weekend. Going to do some holiday shopping with my Mom this weekend too.
You have the best funnies! 😂 Blessings. xo
