Happy Homemaker 2018-02-12

Morning friends!  Back from a 5-day trip to Hallendale Beach, Florida.  Me, my husband, my daughter, my sister, brother-in-law, nephew and at the last minute my brother came with us.  In fact he booked the night before and left from a different airport and got there at the time we were leaving from Montreal.  My uncle picked him up at the airport.
A bit cool the first few days but hot afterwards... too much sun in not enough time for the skin ;)
We went to the casino (5-10 minutes), dog race, Miami beach, Aztec RV resort (to have supper with some friends), and my uncle's campground.
Our Airbnb appartment was great too.

The view from our 23rd floor balcony (Penthouse appartment).

We rented a van for the 5 days and it was perfect for the 7 of us.

Had an hour delay on our way there as they had to defrost the plane.

Back to our normal routine.  Been doing laundry and catching up on household chores this weekend.
Waiting for mom's scan results this afternoon.  Sister in law's operation went well last week.

I'm not commenting on the blog right now since I've been behind because of treatments, but I enjoyed coming by to see you here. Next time you drop by, if you leave your email address, I'll try to write back.
