Good morning
Thursday ds came over to work from here in the afternoon as his car was at the garage near here. DH picked up grandkids after school and daycare. They didn't stay for supper as they were going to see the new Mario Bros movie with friends.
Good Friday we left at 9:30 to go see mom. Youngest brother, nephew and niece joined us there. we spent a good 2 hours with her. she was tired when we left. Then we went to sis' house - they were gone at my uncle's sugarshak (we didn't go as it was ice rain and rain when we left and no fun being outside). However it is halfway from here to sis' and they just had a little rain and then it stopped. Sis and her children and my other brother with her daughter were there. Sis arrived for supper (I had brought pea soup, cabbage rolls and fudge), so youngest brother and nephew had supper with us too (niece had left).
Saturday sis had a brunch for her sons and family and youngest brother and nephew joined us too. Afterwards we spent part of the day at parent's house doing more decluttering. My other brother joined us there and they took the BIG old wood bedroom set out of there and it will be going to niece's house. 2 trips to donation center and filled the big garbage outside too. A friend of family's came by too and made us some maple taffy from the syrup they had just finished boiling. She gave us a pint of their maple syrup too. Supper and sleep at sis'. DD told us she was coming Sunday to brother's house for lunch so me and sis went to walmart to gather what was needed for Easter egg hunt for her children. Got a beautiful flower plant for sil and a bunch of small maple cones for dessert.
Sunday a cousin came for breakfast with us at sis' house (my cousin stayed 3 years with us with his dad when he was younger and his parent's divorced so he is close to us). Went to my brother house for lunch - burgers on the gril and fries. All 4 of us (brothers and sisters were there), 1 nephew and dd came with her boyfriend and 2 children too. We did an Easter egg hunt for them. We all left around 4:00 to go back home. Got home past 7:30 pm.
Today will be unpacking, laundry, picking up... we were gone last 2 weekends so lots to do IF I want too ;)

- whatever I can do with grandkids and dog here.. probably not much
- Was at parent's house the decluttering: books (will be given to free library), an air mattress, dishes (5 boxes), knick-knacks and decor items. 2 car loads to donation center. A bread machine (will try selling it on marketplace), 1bedroom furniture kit.
- From here: 1 brie cooking bowl (had another one at mom's that was bigger), 1 plastic plant,
- From son's house: 1 carpet and 1 lamp sold on marketplace
WOW you've been doing A LOT of traveling and family time. Must feel good to be getting more done at your mom's house and spend time with family too! Have a WONDERFUL week.
