Welcome February
Still no results for biopsy even though I called for the 2nd time in 2 weeks they said they needed doctor's approval, results are in file... still waiting, I might not be so patient when I call back this week...
Work - our general director is going to another govt agency mid-february. Our own boss will do his job by interim + her job, more changes yet again. And this week we change our work cubicles too (our area will undergo construction work).
DH was ill Thursday morning but seems fine now. Grandkids slept over on Friday night. Xavier was a little sick with flu and Anne-E woke up with it Saturday morning.
Saturday morning drove Anne-E to her house and then went to Xavier's hockey practice. Afterwards we went to see mom, had lunch at sis's house and spent afternoon there. One brother came over (the other one was snowmobiling). Sis and bil had a show so we stayed there until it was time to leave for my uncle's 80th bday party (dad's side), got to see most of my aunts, uncles and cousins. Sis came to join us with her kids after their show. Got home to sleep around 11:15. Ate too much too late, was nauseous part of the night with heartburn, so not much sleep
Sunday I did not feel well in the morning so skipped breakfast and had hot water with Tums.. both brothers came for breakfast at sis'. After breakfast youngest brother had to go to hockey game in another town with his son. Me, sis and other brother went to see mom. She is doing ok but only recognized a picture of dad for 20 seconds then she lost that too, doesn't recognize any of us.
Afterwards we went to parent's house for more decluttering.. can't do too much each time as we have no place to put the garbage bags! They only take what is in garbage can no bags outside... so brother and bil each took a garbage bag to their own home 😏 I brought back 3 big plastic tubs and a box of books that I will have to go through but it is mostly to be donated to thrift store. Got back home around 5:00 pm (a 3 hour ride from mom's to here). We got the papers needed to sell the houses (dad had a house for rent + family house), so that will be next step. Family house we have to see about as that is the place where the trucks and company is (my brothers now own the company - roofers).

- From parents' house
- 5 big garage-grade garbage bags thrown away
- 3 big plastic bins (2 of them I brought here will go through them again and most of it will be going to thrift store)
- 1 box of books (will be given to Free library)
- 1 big bag of yarn will be given to cousin
- 1 small bag going to sis
- 1 crockpot to one brother
