Christmas in July 2019 day 5 / Noël en juillet 2019 jour 5

Viva Las Vegas!  Another long 4-day weekend to Las Vegas (a LONG air-trip) with my sister, bil, and dh’s sister and bil.  It’s worth seeing once but too me Las Vegas is way too commercial and artificial – my favorite place to see was the Grand Canyon.  Wow, wow, wow.  It is exceptional.

    Cute ornament, I love the idea that the ornament will always bring back a memory of a vacation and time spent with friends and family.

    We've only driven through Las Vegas on our cross-country trips. We stay outside the city at the inn on the Air Force base and have never had time to venture into the city. We did visit the Grand Canyon though and I can't remember what type of ornament I picked up as a memento. Will have to look when we put up the tree this year.
