Another busy week gone by.  At work we had retirement party for my cw - Monique.  will post pictures next week when I get them - we had a photobooth and had lots of fun.  Had supper there and got home by 9:20 that night.  We also went twice to see some eyeglasses for dh.  At work had to compensate for some people not showing up and not doing their work + picking some of retiring cw's work.

The weather
should be in the low 20's this week with sun and a few showers - a nice spring week.

Last week I read the pope's daughter by Dario Fo - did not like it at all.  It was about the Borgia family but more like a theater-play.

Been a busy week but even busier weekeend.
Saturday we had help and it took the whole day to put up the gazebo... it wasn't new so it was harder to install.  Kept everyone here for hot-dogs & hamburgers for lunch and for the ones left in the evening ordered pizza.  Then we had a 25th anniversary evening... we went from 10:45 to 11:30, quite an exhausting day... some sun but so windy it was cold!
Sunday was more outside chores - cleaning up leaves between the stone wall in front of the house, finish washing patio guard rails and cleaning up inside of gazebo (took all afternoon... screens, double windows, etc..).  DD sent me a mother's day note in the morning.  DS bought me flowers and cooked the steak for supper.  We had invited mil, bil & sil.  I called mom for mother's day too.
Today I have a mile-long to-do list so better get cracking if I want some time in the sun this afternoon.

Summer rental is booked!  My sis booked up a hotel for 4 days at Hampton Beach :)
