Good morning!
I got my retirement options from financial advisor last week.. but she is soooo mixed up that I don't completely trust her. Anyhow doesn't change anything.. I'll just take it when I'm ready. I'll get the scenarios from the govt agency and see from there... next year possibly (june - at my 61st birthday no more penalties) or january 2027. The province next to us they are calling back workers full-time at the office starting January 2026... if they do this here retirement will be earlier - I will not be going back to the office full-time. This telework thing works fine for me.
Friday night we went to outdoor movie at town hall with ds, ddil and grandkids. DDIL's sis, bil, and niece came too. Was a nice movie for the children and NO mosquitos this time! Not alot of people though (last time people left before the end of movie because of mosquitos). Then we saw 5 more shooting stars (had seen 7 on Monday).
Saturday morning was housechores (a cw was to drop by on his bicycle ride but didn't), got the house guestready... which is a good thing since it was ok afterwards. Saturday afternoon was not much... way too hot (30C + humidity). Did a bouilli in the crockpot (pot roast) for supper. In the evening we went to next town and was too free music shows. Was really nice out.
Sunday was rain in the morning and way cooler temperatures (19C). DS and family were out of electricity from 9:00 am to 2:00 am, so they came in the afternoon and had supper here (I had spaghetti sauce in the crockpot). Grandkids stayed the night. DH drove them to daycare this morning.
