Happy Homemaker 2018-02-26

A quiet week here (and that's a good thing!)  Seems my head-cold is a thing of the past. However we had a few days of freezing rain so dh drove me to work 2 days this week (on his way to his work) and also on Friday so we could go to Costco for some errands.

My daughter had a so-so week with her gut problems - insurance refuses to pay for the medication the doc recommended, so she has to wait until she gets their letter by post and see her doctor for another medication.... so it is taking quite some time for her to be medicated :(

Had at least 3 out of 7 days with gut hurting too :(  Seeing my gastro (once a year appointment) for an update - but it never changes anything.

    1. Yes, Rudy day is the one day in the month (the 25th) where I get some Chrismas fun in... prepping, watching a Christmas movie if I can, crafting, having some hot chocolate, trying out a new recipe for the upcoming holidays.... just fun!

  7. I too like to work on Christmas ornaments this time of year. Then it's all ready done when the crazy busy holidays arrive. I hope you share a picture of yours when they are done (Charlie Brown ornaments).
