« A greens drink every day will definitely help counteract the additional sugar and/or foods and alcohol that can stress your liver. Also, warm water with lemon in the morning will help tremendously with continual detoxification when you’re taking in heavier foods. »

- Tai-chi or Qi-Qong a few minutes per day.
- A nice relaxing bubble bath with candles at night
- Some soft music with tv, cellphone and laptop CLOSED.
- Read a good book
- Light a scented candle
