2017 - 1st pair of knitted socks!

One of my goals for 2017 was to learn to knit socks.  I found a lady who taught me ... I went to her home a few afternoons this summer.  This pair was with old wool from my grandma's.  Not quite the same gray and they may be scratchy but I'm still happy.  Now I have to start a 2nd pair right away so I don't forget how to do them!  My daughter bought me wool for at leat 4 more pairs... so I'll be busy this winter :)  I'll be making Christmas gifts for next year!
